Academic-Year Housing: All housing at ATI is academic-year housing. Academic-year housing allows students to remain living in a residence hall or apartment between autumn and winter quarters and spring break. There is an additional charge of $100 per year for academic-year housing.
Substance- Free*
Students attending the ATI campus have the option of living in a substance-free environment. This program requires students to complete the Special Program Commitment Form. In a substance-free environment, residents and guests agree to promote the development of a healthy lifestyle by abstaining from any substance use -- alcohol, drugs and tobacco -- both on and off campus.
* Availability of this option is contingent upon demand. ATI residence halls and apartments are smoke-free environments. Smoking may occur outside or in designated areas only.
Special Needs
If you have a medical need for a private room or apartment, please attach a letter with details to your housing contract.
ResNet at ATI
ResNet is a high-speed connection from your personal computer on-campus to Ohio State’s network. Any Ohio State student living in ATI campus housing can connect to the ResNet service at no additional cost. Each residence hall room or apartment is wired for ResNet. One connection is provided per resident.
To use ResNet, you will need at least a Pentium class PC (running Windows 95/98) or a PowerPC Macintosh (running MacOS 8.1 or later). Older machines running older operating systems may not function well with ResNet. You will also need a Network interface Card (some computers come with a card already installed). For additional information about ResNet, visit www.resnet.ohio-state.edu.
Please Note: Ohio State ATI requires full-time first year students to live in campus housing if they do not live at home or qualify for exemption. Please see Terms and Condition Section for detailed information on the exemption.
