This building offers the following features:

- The HBH (Houck, Barrett, Halloran) complex has a weight room, kitchen, foosball table, pool table, ping pong table and air hockey
- The front desk has extra amenities to check out including kitchen supplies, board games, sports equipment, movies, vacuums, etc.

The HBH Hall Council represents the residents from every building in the complex.
