Allied Medical Professions Learning Community
Note: The Allied Medical Professions learning community will be moving to Park Hall for the 2009-2010 school year.
Program Overview:
The Allied Medical Professions (AMP) learning community offers students interested in any of the many AMP majors the opportunity to network and study together. Students in this program take classes together that are designed to fulfill the prerequisites for their field of study. As a result, students will benefit from the extensive opportunity to interact with peers who have similar interests and goals. This living experience offers numerous programs and opportunities that contribute to academic success and social interaction such as in-hall tutoring, exposure to faculty and leadership and community service opportunities.
Benefits of this program include:
- Interaction with faculty members out of the classroom
- High-quality programs to enhance your discovery of the field of allied medicine
- Supplemental instruction and group support for your classes
- Experiential opportunities to complement your academic curriculum (e.g., volunteer opportunities, on-site visits, interaction with professionals and alumni)
