Sophomore Learning & Involvement Community
The Sophomore Learning and Involvement Community (SLIC) focuses on the concepts of service, learning and leadership and relates them to Sophomore students and their unique needs. Active participants in the SLIC Learning Community will develop skills in communication, cross-cultural understanding and personal and professional goal setting. This development will be documented in personal and professional portfolios that highlight their developed skills related to communication, critical thinking, teambuilding and multicultural awareness (qualities that are highly sought after in the professional world).

Application Instructions:
- Students should indicate “SLIC” as their learning community preference, and select Archer House as their preferred residence.
