International House
Program Overview:
Imagine having global experiences right where you live on campus. The International House (I-House) at Ohio State is a learning community for students interested in learning about our world’s many cultures and communities.
I-House works closely with The Ohio State University Office of International Education to provide “global” experiences both on campus and beyond.
What you can do as an active part of I-House at Ohio State:
- Learn what life is really like in places such as China, Brazil, South Africa, Ireland and others
- Experience the music, histories and foods of communities from all over the globe
- Explore your own cultural identity and how it relates to others in the world
Top Five Favorite I-House Experiences:
- Learning about the world by just hanging out with I-House roommates and friends
- Dessert and conversations with international scholars and students
- Trip to Atlanta, Georgia to explore life in the American South
- Study Abroad Opportunity in London, England
- The “Taste of OSU” global festival sponsored by the Office of International Education
Application Instructions:
