The deadline to cancel your room and receive a 50% refund of the space reservation fee is July 1.
Quarterly Billing
Housing and dining plan fees will be billed quarterly to students’ university accounts. Fees undergo a lengthy review and approval process and have not been finalized for the 2008-09 year. For your planning purposes, the fees shown represent the highest anticipated rates. Rates are subject to modification and final approval by the president and the Board of Trustees.
Housing Fee Due Dates
Autumn quarter: September 24, 2008
Winter quarter: January 5, 2009
Spring quarter: March 30, 2009
** Fees for housing and campus dining services are assessed each academic quarter. The university emails a Statement of Account with payment instructions to the student before each quarter begins. The student is responsible for sharing fee information with parents or anyone who is paying fees on his/ her behalf.
The Mansfield campus provides on-campus apartment living at the Molyet Village Apartments. These two and five bedroom apartments come with fully furnished kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, washer/dryer, local phone service and central air conditioning. Each private bedroom with keyed locks has high-speed Internet connections and cable television.

Activity fee $ 13.00**
* Students pay an additional $100.00 per year for academic-year housing which is NOT included in the rate above.
** A $13 activity fee will be assessed in addition to the quarterly rates listed above.
