Let Student Life Recreational Sports help you reach your fitness goals by keeping you accountable. Research shows that successful behavior change is achieved when you have committed to a person or group to keep you accountable. The Fitness Together accountability group will meet once a week to help keep you stay on top of your fitness goals, even during this challenging time. This group will be led by our certified personal trainers who have experience coaching their clients not only through workouts but also creating behavior change in their client's physical activity.

Group participants will receive help from our certified personal trainers to create SMART goals, and the trainers along with your peers will help you stay committed. Each week we will meet to discuss your fitness goal progress, incorporate some exercise form fundamentals, and organize fitness challenges for the group. Catered exercise program designs for your specific goals can be purchased at additional cost. Small group discussions will be used to share your progress with your peers and together as a group we will achieve our fitness goals.
