Even for those of us who hate conflict, some of the most difficult conversations in academia can lead to the most productive outcomes. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to address negative beliefs about conflict, prepare for navigating difficult conversations, and draw upon flexible strategies when needed. You will also have opportunities to brainstorm ideas with other attendees.
