"Knock Down the House" Documentary Showing

The American Association of University Women (AAUW) will be hosting a documentary screening of "Knock Down the House". The film revolves around a young bartender in the Bronx, a coal miner's daughter in West Virginia, a grieving mother in Nevada, and a registered nurse in Missouri build a movement of insurgent candidates to challenge powerful incumbents in Congress. This event will be used to broaden the horizons of first- and second-year students, engage them in political activism, and encourage them to vote this November.
