Creating the Extraordinary Student Experience: Office of Student Life

Location: Ohio Union Dance Room 1

HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a total-body, heart-pumping workout. This 45-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio bursts and periods of recovery, providing the participant with fitness benefits similar to multiple endurance workouts, in a shorter period of time. Perfect for any fitness level, this class will provide maximum results in minimal time of work.
