This workshop is critical for students because of the many stressors they'll be exposed to in the college learning environment. Participating students will define stress, examine examples of stressors they have or may encounter, and develop self-care and time-management strategies to address these stressors. These tools will enable them to more successfully balance new responsibilities and academic deadlines.
