Office Assistants (OAs)

Office Assistants (OAs) are often the first faces an individual will come in contact with in our residence halls. Responsible for creating the extraordinary student experience at each of our 24/7 front desk, OAs are responsible for greeting residents, guests and visitors as they enter/exit the building; ensure a high level quality of customer service; issue mail and packages; assist in resolving resident issues and creating a welcoming, inclusive front desk atmosphere. OAs report directly to the Resident Manager and Hall Director(s) in their assigned complex or hall.
