Accessing and Completing Your Contract - Current Residents

 

Below are general instructions with the information you will need to supply or verify on the housing contract. Your contract is complete, and your information and preferences are submitted, when you reach the "Congratulations" screen.

  • Read the introduction, verify your identity/contact/personal information, and submit your electronic signature confirming the information on the housing contract
  • Select a dining plan and any additional BuckID deposit.

  • Tell us more about yourself and your lifestyle to help us make the best roommate matches possible

  • List any roommate/suitemate preferences (if applicable), room types, and the building(s) or campus area(s) you prefer.

  • Confirm your participation in the Second Year Transformational Experience Program (STEP) *(Second Year Students (2015 high school graduates Only)

  • Select whether you'd like to participate in a Learning Community and live among others who share your interests, lifestyle, or commitment to an academic program. 

  • Note which of the preferences you've selected in the previous steps are most important to you, with 1 being your most preferred.

  • You'll need to verify if you are required to register as a sex offender pursuant to any federal, state or local law here.

  • The university does not assume responsibility for any resident's, guest's, or other person's loss or damage to personal property in the residence halls.  The university recommends that you obtain renter's insurance or some form of protection against such losses.  You must note your acknowledgement of this information.

  • Verify your identity and acceptance of the housing contract as you've entered it and its terms and conditions.

  • Review all your selections and be sure the information you have provided is accurate and complete. Your contract is complete when you reach the "Congratulations" screen.
