Parking Information for Spring Move Out

April 6, 2018

Seven Steps for an Easy Move

  1. Pack your belongings and follow the Cleaning Your Room Checklist provided by your RA.  For more information regarding move out please see our Residence Hall Closing article.
  2. Have your family park in your designated pre-loading location, free on 5/1/2018 only. Please follow parking regulations at all times.
  3. Sign out a cart at the front desk (you’ll need your State ID) and load it.
  4. The front desk will give you a 15-minute LOADING ZONE PARKING PASS (on 5/1/2018 ONLY).  There are many people moving out of the residence halls so please be considerate of others when using the loading zones.
  5. Take your cart outside and load the vehicle.
  6. Check out with your RA.  Make sure you have completed all tasks before officially asking to be checked out.
  7. Return the cart to the front desk and have a great summer!
