Newark Housing Fees
The deadline to cancel your contract is March 15, 2024.
Fees for residences are assessed each academic semester and are due at the same time as tuition:
- Fall Semester: August 13, 2024
- Spring Semester: December 29, 2024
Students should check their University Statement of Account before each session begins. Students are responsible for understanding the fee structures and obligations and for sharing fee information with others, such as parents and/or guardians, who may be paying fees on their behalf.
All fees shown in the renewal system reflect current year housing and food rates for your planning purposes. Rates undergo a comprehensive review and are subject to approval by The Ohio State University Board of Trustees.
