Hall Director Compensation and Benefits
Annual Hall Director Salary: $42,000+ 12-Month, 100% Full-Time Appointment
Professional development opportunities including participation in local, regional and national conferences each year
On-campus apartment: Hall Directors are provided with a furnished apartment throughout their appointment. Furnishings include a queen-sized bed, kitchen table and chairs, couch, chair, coffee table, TV table and dresser. Furniture may be removed if desired. All apartments come with air conditioning. In-unit laundry or free laundry in the hall or complex. All apartment utilities are included (electric, water, cable, internet cable, wireless.)

Live-In Partner Policy: Hall Director staff are able to have a partner/spouse or dependent live pending a background check and departmental approval. To learn more about The Ohio State University’s partner benefits, please visit hr.osu.edu.
Pet Policy: Hall Director may be approved to have 1 pet, either cat or dog, up to 50lbs. No breed restrictions. A deposit is required, as well up to date vaccinations. For more information about our policy, please email us at professional_selection@osu.edu
