Graduate, professional and non-traditional students may choose to live on campus or off campus. We are proud to offer convenient, safe housing for professional, graduate and non-traditional students in our South Campus Gateway apartments.

The following rates are the approved rates for the 2025-2026 academic year.  For your convenience, all rent payments can be made via the housing portal.

Veteran's Community

The Veteran’s Community is a residential living option for students who are veterans and members of the active duty military, reserves, or National Guard. Located in Pennsylvania Place, the community offers single-occupancy rooms equipped with private bathrooms and air conditioning, providing a comfortable and supportive living environment for military-affiliated students.
