Summer 2026 Housing Information

Summer Housing is available to students who will be enrolled in summer classes at the Ohio State Columbus campus and wish to live on campus. Students can contact the Housing and Residence Education at housing@osu.edu or at 614-292-8266 to request a summer housing contract. We normally start to send out summer housing contracts to those who have requested in early April.
This summer we will be using Nosker House for our summer housing location for Columbus campus. Nosker House will offer 2 person rooms with semi-private bath and a/c . We will not be able to offer summer housing for those students at regional campuses that will be enrolled in summer classes at Newark, Mansfield and Wooster/ATI.
Due to the academic calendar for the summer term students will have options to choose from in regards to which sessions they would need to request for summer housing. Below are the different sessions we will be offering for summer housing and their rates:
12 Week Term begins on 5/10/2026 and ends on 8/5/2026
8 Week Terms (2 total terms) include one beginning on 5/10/2026 and ending on 7/3/2026 OR one beginning on 6/5/2026 and ending on 8/7/2026
6 Week Terms (2 total terms) include one beginning on 5/10/2026 and ending on 6/5/2026 OR one beginning on 6/21/2026 and ending on 8/5/2026
4 Week Terms (3 total terms) include one beginning on 5/10/2026 and ending on 6/5/2026, one starting on 5/31/2026 and ending on 7/3/2026, OR one starting on 7/5/2026 and ending on 8/5/2026
Housing Early Arrival and Late Stay Fees:
Additional pro-rated housing fees will be charged for arrivals or departures that fall outside the official contract dates
* $20 Hall Council Program Fee

Students are not required to have a summer meal plan but can choose between:
