Relieve stress and boost your mood with art! Art Therapy has been shown to help people process feelings, reduce stress and anxiety, increase self-esteem, and stimulate the release of dopamine. The vast mental health benefits of artistic expression promotes relaxation and encourages participants to let go of stress. This recovery and mindfulness focused art therapy session will inspire you to express yourself and relax; paying special attention to the gratitude we feel for our body, strength, and resiliency. Registration is required as art supplies are provided by the Student Wellness Center.
