Whether you have already started your mental wellness journey or are just starting to get curious, this workshop is for you! We will be centering the black experience to discuss the cultural, societal, and historical barriers to mental health care, and tangible ways that you can support your mental health and wellness. Join Dr. Darreon Greer, Sr. PhD, Embedded Clinical Therapist in the Center for Belonging and Social Change for this empowering talk.
This event is part of the CBSC's United Black World Month programming.
