This presentation focuses on how college students can enhance their overall well-being by integrating sustainable and enjoyable physical activity into their daily routines. We’ll explore the holistic benefits of exercise, from improving physical health and mental clarity to boosting energy and reducing stress, all of which contribute to better academic performance. By understanding the connection between movement and the different dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, social, and intellectual—you'll learn how to create a balanced and motivated lifestyle. We’ll discuss practical strategies for staying active that fit into a busy college schedule, helping you build long-term habits that support not only your academic success but your overall health and happiness.
