By understanding the connection between movement and the different dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, social, and intellectual—you'll learn how to create a balanced and motivated lifestyle. We’ll discuss practical strategies for staying active that fit into a busy college schedule, helping you build long-term habits that support not only your academic success but your overall health and happiness.
