Job description: In my role with Academic Initiatives within Housing and Residence Education at Ohio State University, I collaborate on the development and assessment of innovative curricular approaches for our Business, Engineering, and Cooperative Housing Living Learning Programs. Additionally, I lead the coordination of Multicultural Understanding through Nontraditional Discovery Opportunities (MUNDO)—a dynamic student initiative that bridges classroom learning with real-world experiences. Through a blend of interactive weekly workshops, hands-on learning activities, educational road trips across the U.S., and global leadership study abroad opportunities, MUNDO empowers students to actively engage with diverse perspectives, foster social change-based leadership skills, and create meaningful connections that prepare them for success both during and after their time at Ohio State.

Education: B.A. in Journalism and minor in Spanish from The Ohio State University; M.A. in Higher Education Student Affairs from The Ohio State University; Ph.D in Higher Education Student Affairs from The Ohio State University

Hobbies: Theater, travel, creative writing, film studies, multicultural education
