Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Ball State University and a Master of Science in Counseling and College Student Development from Kansas State University.

Michaela oversees the daily operations of Hall Complex, where she develops a community that is both academically and socially enriching. Her responsibilities include planning community events, assisting with the hiring and training of student staff, supervising, and evaluating team members, and providing support to all residents.
