Creating the Extraordinary Student Experience: Office of Student Life

State of Graduate Student Mental Health Q & A

Filter

Time: Thursday, October 29, 2020 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Location: Zoom link provided upon registration

While living as a graduate student in such unprecedented times, we recognize that mental health and wellbeing might be challenged. CGS would like to provide a safe space for graduate students to gather,  listen, and ask questions regarding wellness and resources available. We will first discuss the current state of graduate student mental health. There will be various university employees in attendance who work with a wide range of resources available to you as graduate students. This includes The Student Wellness Center, Counseling and Consultation Services (CCS), Recreational Sports, The Graduate School, Chief Wellness Officer, and more. Each Ohio State resource representative will go through and describe what resources they have that are specifically catered to graduate students and how to access those. A Q&A will follow where students can ask questions about resources or tell us what they need in order to support their wellness. We hope to see you there!
