How to Create an Exercise Routine

Sitting at your computer all day during zoom classes have you stiff and sore? This lecture series will focus on how to form an exercise program to “unsit” the body by incorporating movements to strengthen muscles and parts of the body that are neglected by sitting for long periods of time. Additionally, you will learn how to formulate your own exercise routine using basic exercise physiology. This lecture will be led by one of our certified personal trainers.  You will be able to utilize our personal trainers knowledge to answer any questions you may have!
