Filter

Time: Friday, February 21, 2020 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Location: Hale Hall

OSU Reads is the official first program of the African American Heritage Festival! During this event, we will put on programming that emphasizes the importance of literacy and reading to students from a local elementary school in Columbus. This year, students will be coming to Ohio State to participate in a relay race centered around learning about Black History and the important contributions Black people have made. OSU Reads aims to remind students that through literacy and other academic practices, they will be able to transcend their past and reach any goal they hope to obtain.

If you require an accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to participate in this event, please contact at or . Requests made one week in advance of the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
