Leave the demands of your day at the door and join us for the perfect balance of power and relaxation yoga. The first-half of class will focus on flowing, heat-building postures to challenge your balance, strength and flexibility. The second-half will concentrate on deep stretching and restorative postures. The union of breath and movement will be emphasized throughout class, helping you to maintain focus, release any tension and get deeper into your practice. Practiced in candlelight, this vin-yin style yoga class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. All levels welcome.
