Applications are now open for the 2026 LeaderShape Institute! This immersive, four-day, off-campus leadership experience helps Ohio State students explore their values, vision, and potential to lead with integrity. The Institute will take place at YMCA Camp Willson from January 8–11, 2026, and is completely free, with all transportation, lodging, and meals covered. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through November 8, 2025, at go.osu.edu/leadershape.
