Event Description

The official ballroom dance team of OSU is hosting a Valentine's Dance! We welcome OSU students, faculty, and alumni to learn the American Waltz with us. After this brief lesson, we will break to allow people to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and dance to a variety of music from different ballroom styles. 

FAQ

Do I need to bring a partner? 

We welcome partners and singles alike! There is no need to bring a dance partner with you to participate. 

Do I need any prior dance experience? 

Nope! This is a great first introduction to dance, and our lesson is geared towards people with no dance experience. 

What should I wear?

We recommend attire that will be comfortable to dance in (avoiding restricted movement or overheating). Otherwise, we encourage fun outfits but have no formal dress code for this event.
