Join us for a workshop that will helps you recognize the signs of burnout and learn practical strategies to manage stress before it becomes overwhelming. Through interactive activities and discussion, students will explore healthy habits, time management strategies, and ways to recharge so they can stay balanced and thrive throughout the semester.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Identify early signs of burnout

  • Learn strategies to manage stress proactively

  • Explore habits that support balance and well-being

  • Practice techniques to recharge and maintain energy throughout the semester
