Join OUAB for a special conversation with Love Island USA Season 8 star Olandria Carthen as she shares her journey in Elevating Success: Building a Brand from the Ground Up. Hear her discuss her experience as a first-generation college student, her path into fashion and brand partnerships, and how breaking scripts with poise and confidence has helped her to build a platform that inspires others. 

Olandria Carthen is an American entrepreneur, model, and influencer known for her appearance on the hit reality series Love Island USA in 2025. Born in Decatur, Alabama, she first gained widespread popularity as a contestant on the show, where her personality, style and authenticity helped her become a fan favorite. Since the show, Olandria has built a growing presence in business through brand partnerships, fashion collaborations, and social media ventures. She continues to expand her influence as both a businesswoman and public figure, using her platform to connect with audiences and promote lifestyle and fashion brands.
