Point on Lane
Point on Lane is a seven-story apartment community with resident rooms on floors 2-7. Point on Lane is part of the Ohio State University's Master Leased facilities and has the following features:
- Apartment style with kitchens
- Study/lounge space
- In-unit laundry
STAFFING: 6 Resident Advisors
Animals in training, including fostered or volunteer-handled service animals, are not permitted in Master Lease facilities. Only approved Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals with proper documentation are allowed under current housing agreements.
No arrivals or move-in to this building prior to August 19, 2026.
