StateHouse Norwich

The StateHouse Norwich is a four-story apartment community with resident rooms on all floors. StateHouse Norwich is part of the Ohio State University's Master Leased facilities and has the following features:

  • Apartment style with kitchens
  • Study/lounge space
  • In-unit laundry 

 STAFFING: Three Resident Advisors

Animals in training, including fostered or volunteer-handled service animals, are not permitted in Master Lease facilities. Only approved Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals with proper documentation are allowed under current housing agreements.
